How do I find an assignment using my course code?

Choose your programme, then your course code. Pick your medium and, if you wish, a valid session. The matching assignment appears below the selectors. Check the programme, medium and valid session on the card before you open the PDF.

Can I use an assignment from an older session?

Only if the validity printed in the official PDF includes your admission session. Each assignment is valid for specific sessions, and validity and deadlines can differ by programme and course. If the paper does not cover your session, contact your regional centre or study centre before you start.

Why is my course code not appearing?

The course code may be written differently, listed under another programme, or not published on the official page yet. Check that you chose the correct programme, because course codes are listed under each programme. If it still does not appear, use the official IGNOU portal button on this page or ask your study centre. This list reflects the last successful update and can lag behind the official page.
