  6. Mark the task complete after submitting it and saving the official receipt.

Your selected reminder date has arrived, but the official deadline has not passed.

What Can You Track?

The tool can organise IGNOU, DU SOL, NIOS and other academic dates without assuming that every institution follows the same calendar. Common entries include:

  • fresh admission and re-registration closing dates;
  • assignment or TMA submission dates;
  • exam-form normal and late-fee deadlines;
  • practical, project, viva or internship dates;
  • document verification or correction windows; and
  • personal study-plan milestones.

This is a personal organiser, not an official deadline database. Always copy dates from the relevant official notice and recheck them because institutions can extend, revise or withdraw schedules.

Privacy and Storage

Your entries are stored through the browser’s local storage on the device where you use the tracker. They are not submitted to OpenStudyInfo through the form. This keeps the tool simple and avoids compulsory registration, but it also means:

  • deadlines do not automatically synchronise between your phone and laptop;
  • private/incognito mode may remove data when the session closes;
  • clearing site data or browser storage can delete saved entries; and
  • the tracker cannot send email, SMS or push notifications.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Student Deadline Tracker free?

Yes. The tracker is free to use and does not require an account or compulsory registration.

Does OpenStudyInfo store my deadlines?

No. The entries are saved in the local storage of the browser and device you are currently using. They are not submitted through the tracker form.

Will the tracker send a notification?

No. It does not send email, SMS or push notifications. Your selected reminder is displayed inside the tracker when you revisit the page.

Are the deadlines shown by the tool official?

The tool displays the dates entered by the user. Confirm every date through the relevant official portal, prospectus or notice before saving it.

Why did my saved deadlines disappear?

Browser data may be removed after clearing site storage, resetting the browser or using private mode. Entries also do not automatically transfer to another browser or device.

Can I edit or delete a saved deadline?

Yes. Each saved entry includes edit, completion and delete controls. Completed entries can also be cleared together.

Important: OpenStudyInfo is an independent student-information website. This tracker is a personal planning tool and does not confirm, extend or replace any institutional deadline. The latest official notification and portal always take priority.
